The Save - Self-Employment Program ("Home Savings") provides, under certain conditions, financial incentives for property owners to proceed with an energy upgrade of their home. Those interested have the opportunity to upgrade the energy efficiency of their property at a reduced cost, through improvements in the following three categories of eligible interventions:

1. Replacement of frames and installation of shading systems.
2. Installation of thermal insulation on the building shell.
3. Upgrade of the heating system and hot water supply.

Depending on the category to which each beneficiary belongs, the Save - Self-Employment Program covers a part of the total expenditure.
