The technical inspection focuses on the analysis of the technical characteristics of the property from an urban planning, topographical, spatial planning and environmental point of view, alongside checks concerning the installation and operation of the desired use. In this context, the current state of the property, its legalization and ownership documents (building permits, title deeds, etc.), the legality of existing buildings and constructions, the licensing regime and compliance with the rules and the governing institutional framework are examined each activity.
