The urban lab is the evolution of the technical office founded in 2005 by Dimitrios Tsoumanis in Ioannina. The object of the office is the provision of services related to urban and non-real estate, as well as the creation and promotion of all kinds of architectural work. For more than 15 years, the office has been providing consulting, development and project management services, while with a focus on innovation, the use of modern media, the application of bioclimatic criteria and sustainable architecture, it designs and constructs highly aesthetic projects in Ioannina and the wider region of Epirus and the Ionian islands. The philosophy that governs the office's works consists of interaction and respect for context, human-centered functionality, organic connection with the environment and the creation of spatial qualities that enhance the sensory experience.
