Subject of expert opinions carried out in accordance with article 2 of the P.D. 15/A of 16.01.1935, are technical issues, such as e.g. the estimates of constructions and installations, the measurements of technical works, the findings of bad workmanship and the estimation of the method and cost of their restoration, the explanation of phenomena of a technical nature (cracks in building elements, moisture, etc.), the control of the application of technical specifications and conditions in constructions, the control of the implementation of the G.O.K., the determination of the stage of development of the project, the correct operation of facilities and machinery, the control of noise or pollution from the operation of facilities, etc.

In most cases, the text of the expert report is an important element in the legal actions that follow. Thus, the importance of this text and the need for it to be the subject of special attention and diligence are clear.
